A1 Personal Services Agency is a family owned and operated home care provider. In business since 2009, it has been our goal to meet and exceed the needs of individuals who wish to remain in their homes but cannot without some form of assistance. Our caregivers deliver compassionate and customizable services to every client which include companionship, individualized personal care, and homemaking services. If you are currently providing care for a relative or friend, with Personal Family Care you may be eligible to add supplemental income while caring for your loved one.
We are a state-licensed Medicaid certified personal care agency. Our highly skilled professionals work in conjunction with the client and their family to enhance and enable independence and quality of life.
We not only want to make a difference in our client's lives, but in their family's lives as well.

Executive profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. Our company is founded on a solid spiritual foundation where we have built a reputable business that puts our clients above our bottom line. Ms. Cheryl Williams founded A1 Personal Services, LLC on the belief that caring for our elderly or disadvantaged should be a top priority. She is a licensed Health Facility Administrator for over 20 years. She provided services and care for our community most of her life and has since been committed to ensuring our elders receive adequate care. Ms. Michelle Williams has been with the company since 2018. Michelle is new to the home care industry, but she comes to us with plenty of caregiving experience, as she was a teacher and part-time administrator for Indianapolis Public Schools for 21 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Michelle takes pride in conducting client intakes and does each one personally to establish a more meaningful relationship with those we serve. Many of our Team Members have called her “the best boss ever,” a compliment she seeks to earn each day by working closely and compassionately with every employee. Mr. Conry Williams is a Navy veteran dedicated to working closely with the A1 Team to ensure quality customer care and organizational structure.
